Glasdrum Development is situated close to the town centre of Fort William, enjoying the advantage of being in a slightly elevated and fairly secluded position. Access is by means of a good quality road serving only the development with no through traffic. The sites allow your new home to have excellent views of the loch and surrounding countryside.

The development is nearing completion but a number of sites still remain for a variety of house sizes and styles. Tree planting has been carried out and most are now well established.

All houses and bungalows are built to a high specification coming with a National House Building Council Certificate. Properties are offered with fitted kitchens, bathroom, shower-room, electric heating (or other as specified), inside and outside decoration, paths, driveway and parking. For an additional charge kitchen appliances can be included. At the design stage minor alterations to room layout can be incorporated.

We have 10 years experience of building houses and although many houses are of a standard design, specialist houses can be built to individual requirements with up to seven bedrooms and additional bathrooms. Specialist kitchens and bathrooms with any type of tiling can be installed. The added luxury of a sauna room or games room can also be incorporated into the design of your new home. Additional space can be made available by using special roof structures and Velux windows allowing for extra storage or for future minor expansion.

A typical house can be built and ready for use in approximately four months although a larger house would take a little longer. Whilst there is not a show house, intending purchasers can be shown around a completed and occupied bungalow giving a good idea of the general finish of your new home.
