Alex and Cecilia Airley welcome you to Inverour our pretty
19th century home formed from the original village Post
Office and schoolmaster’s house.
Situated within Spean Bridge itself, which has stunning views of Ben Nevis
and Aonach Mor - Scotland’s newest ski resort- it makes an ideal base
for touring the West Highlands.
The village has a Tourist Information office, Woollen Mill,
Whisky Shop, General Store and
several award winning Restaurants close by.
The area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and we
welcome walkers and cyclists.
Golf, pony trekking and fishing can all be arranged in the
area and Glen Roy nature reserve with its famous parallel roads is
nearby.
For those who just want to get away from it all, there are
unlimited places to walk in peace and quietness and on your return you
can relax in our comfortable lounge with log fire, books and CD’s or
the sunny plant-filled conservatory. Most of our 8 bedrooms are ensuite
and all are equipped with colour TV’s, tea and coffee making
facilities, hair dryers and radio alarms. Hearty breakfasts are served
in the attractive dining room – choose from traditional Scottish,
continental or vegetarian. We have a heated drying room for wet clothes,
a garage for safe storage of bikes and cycles and ample private parking.
